A lot of people have asked me this question. And by a lot, I mean like 4 to 7. Literally, 4 to 7 people have asked me this question.
But I get it.
Maybe it's because the Mp3million website does such a stellar* job of explaining how to use PayPal to pay for music on their site. Or maybe it's because Mp3million doesn't even list PayPal as one of their payment options. Either way, I use Mp3million to buy my music, and I use PayPal to pay for it.
Let me tell you how.
How To Use PayPal as Mp3Million Payment Option
Mp3million uses a pin code reseller for PayPal services. That means:1. You buy a pin code from pincodereseller.com for $30.
2. You use the pin code as the payment option at Mp3million.
3. $30 are added to your account.
I don't like it. But I get extravagantly modestly priced music, so I don't complain. (Also, if I complain too much my heart will try to kill me.)
Now, of course, pincoderesller.com is doing a promotion so you also get a free VPN service you don't need that has nothing to do with buying music or pin codes. (Begin your Wikipedia journey.)
Anyway, here are my instructions to you, thrifty music dweller.
1. First off, create a free Mp3Million account.
3.On the right side of the page, select the amount of money you want to add to your account.
4. Select "Buy". You will then be redirected to the VPN website. DON'T PANIC.
5. Scroll down, choose the payment amount you want, and click sign up.
6. Make sure "pincode" is the promo code and then pay with PayPal. (You could also pay with a credit card, but then I would have to ask, "Why?" and I'd probably add, "Go home.")
7. After you complete your purchase, you will get an email with your pin code. Copy that.
8. Now go to Mp3million and in the add money section, select the pin code payment option.
9. Paste in your pin code and Hazah! Your money has been added.
Have a splendid day. I hope you even have pancakes for dinner.
*This is sarcasm. Please do not confuse this with a naive admiring of poorly designed eCommerce explanations and processes. (I know, I know, you totally forgot about this footnote by now. It was like 5 minutes ago when you read it. Which is like, an eternity in internet time. And if you actually scrolled all the way down to the bottom of the page to read it, just wow. You are an amazing person. You deserve an extra serving of pancakes.)

DeleteHow soon does the email with the pincode come through? I purchased it two days ago and am still waiting for an email from pincodereseller.com. Got one from the VPN site almost immediately, so I know the payment was made.

DeleteOh man I'm sorry for your trouble! I've never had it take longer than an hour when I've done it.
If you still haven't received it, and you know you made sure to enter in the "pincode" promo code when purchasing the VPN, the only thing I could suggest would be to contact pincodereseller and explain the problem, attaching your confirmation email from the VPN service.

DeleteI have the same problem. I'm planning a playlist of favourite songs for people in retirement homes, and it's become really expensive with iTunes and physical CD's. Delighted to find this site, jumped through all the hoops required, received an email with a login and password from VPNit, neither of which works as the pincode. My several emails to them haven't been answered, and I'm starting to feel I've been conned.....

DeleteOh my goodness! I'm so sorry this is becoming such a problem! I emailed pincodereseller a while back just saying I paid for the VPN but never got my pincode.
I actually did get a response from them yesterday asking for the username I purchased the VPN with.
If you would like, anyone who has had the problem of paying for the VPN but not receiving the pin code, please email me with the username you used to purchase it and some form of proof of purchase. I'll send this information to pin code reseller and I will also alert MP3Million of the problem.
